All orders are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs and rushed to your doorstep to ensure that your ferments arrive as fresh and alive as possible. Sometimes more “alive” than you expect! Leaking, bubbling and fizzing can be a normal occurrence with quality fermented foods, so please don’t be alarmed. Live ferments are perfectly safe to consume.
