"Shipping during summer months: Our products are shipped in insulated boxes with cold packs, however it is possible that when you receive your product it may not be cold due to varying shipping times. There is no need to be concerned! Acidic fermented foods can handle being outside of cold temps for long durations and if they warmed up, it wasn't for long. Please place your ferments in the fridge immediately upon receiving and open with caution as they are ALIVE and may continue to ferment in transit. Leaking jars may also be normal. If you are not comfortable with these possibilities, please reconsider placing your order. If you get your package and something isn't right, please contact us and we will make it right."
